Our commitment
We pride ourselves on the care we take handling your possessions. Our staff are trained and our storage is designed to protect every item. But in case something does go wrong, we want to be there for you — so every box includes insurance for peace of mind.
If a box in our care is lost or becomes unrecoverable, you can make a claim for up to the maximum amount covered by your plan. The cover amount is per box, not per item.
Our insurance covers the box itself — not individual items inside it. We ask that you pack your items so they are protected during transit and storage. That said, if something does go seriously wrong with the contents of a box, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
