What we can't accept
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot store the following items. If you're unsure about something, just ask.
Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids (petrol, paint thinner)
- Gas cylinders & propane
- Fireworks & explosives
- Corrosive chemicals
- Batteries (loose lithium)
Perishable items
- Food (fresh or frozen)
- Plants
- Anything that can rot or attract pests
Illegal items
- Stolen goods
- Drugs & drug paraphernalia
- Unlicensed weapons
- Counterfeit goods
Living things
- Pets
- Animals of any kind
- Insects
High-value items
- Cash & currency
- Jewellery over £1,000
- Irreplaceable one-of-a-kind items
Other restrictions
- Medication & prescription drugs
- Waste of any kind
- Wet or damp items
- Anything too heavy to lift (25kg limit)
