Collection and delivery

You agree to provide safe access for collection and delivery. Delivery windows are estimates and may be impacted by weather, traffic, or operational constraints.

Loss and damage

We take reasonable care of your items. Liability limits will be described in your service agreement or plan details. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or for items you did not pack securely.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access systems without authorization, or interfere with the Service's operation.
